The PL can't investigate us for FFP breaches per se as FFP isn't within their jurisdiction. They can, I think, investigate whether we've made false or misleading submissions in order to meet UEFA licensing requirements though. They (the PL) are the licensing body on UEFA's behalf.

I suspect this is a final attempt to embarrass us, by our US-owned friends but I can't see anything more substantial coming out of this.

If we've been shown not to have broken FFP rules then we're 99.9999% certain not to have broken the far less stringent PL ones.

Would you expect that we have been forced to give over documents that weren’t provided to CAS? I seem to recall City provided additional information to CAS last year as they were untrusting of providing such sensitive information to UEFA, this additional info played a part in the allegations ‘not being proven’.

In the week the rags are throwing cash about like confetti and chelsea wankers are being quoted ridiculous prices they want to spend, we get this shit thrown at us again.
