Surely whatever happens with the PL review, it will end up with CAS. The PL financial rules are less stringent that those from UEFA so I don’t really see anything earth shattering coming out if this.

If there was any danger of serious sanctions beyond a slap on the wrist fine, the media would be all over this.

I have only read anything about this on here. I haven’t noticed anything in the BBC or the Guardian (the usual suspects!).

Because the PL started their investigation the day after UEFA did. It's simply taken a lot longer to get to a conclusion from what I can see
Yeah seems like they have to complete their investigation regardless they just can’t stop and say oh right fake emails it doesn’t matter, but the whole thing also stinks of a constant smear campaign of showing us in a bad light regardless if we are innocent..

Not sure that CAS are empowered to arbitrate on disputes with the Premier League. Ashley Cole attempted to appeal to them after he was fined for breach of contract and they decided they were unable to hear the case

These American Owners and big 6 are a disgrace. It's like a Mafia, they just don't want competition ( see Newcastle Takeover )

But they can't do anything to City , since we just take them to CAS and easily win.

I don't know about the 'easily win' bit, that case cost us a shed full of money including legal fees.

I would think if CAS can hear the UEFA FFP case they can hear this one too given the very strong cross over and evidence.

Im waiting for Tebas to accuse CAS of being biased again….the sheer arrogance of him!

It’s in the UEFA regulations that CAS are the ultimate arbiters. Unless it’s also in the Premier League regulations, which it doesn’t appear to be, they have no basis on which they can hear the case

If this was going to be a sensation then the press and media would be all over it , more bull shit from the City hating American ownerships. Truth of the matter is were so f ing rich they hate us and if football wasnt corrupt we would be able to spend what we like on what and who we like.
