I know people are hurting right now and the anger is rightly directed at the club but some of the rhetoric is OTT. City needs to survive and unfortunately joining this stupid league will ensure it happens. My love for the club will not turn to hate. I am sure the owners will have thought long and hard about this decision. We have been on the outside for too long. The current owners fought hard to get the club exonerated at CAS. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt at this moment in time.

I am sorry for the rest of the league, well apart from those clubs that tried to shaft us.

City set to be banned apparently. With immediate effect.

And that shows clearly why we were unable to support UEFA. They will relish the chance to eject us from the CL. I am not backing the ESL plans in their current format but, unlike some on here, I have not suddenly decided that UEFA are the best thing since sliced bread. This whole issue has been caused by the despicable corrupt leaders of UEFA. We have done a deal with the devil but no one has yet suggested what the alternative was. We couldn't have carried on in the CL with their absurd proposals which would have also devastated domestic football. I am willing to wait and see how all this shakes out over the next few days.

There’s currently only 3 leagues involved, including a shit Italian league and a Spanish league that is currently falling apart. It’s only the inclusion of half a dozen English sides that makes this even remotely a thing. If City and Chelsea had joined with Bayern and PSG to denounce this, how super could this Super League actually be when three of the remaining English sides involved are struggling to finish top 4 domestically?

No doubt, Bayern and PSG will now be forced to get involved, but I feel there was enough clubs to have been able put a stop to this.

this super lge is partially uefa fault tbh coz they bent over and pulled their pants down and spread their cheeks for years for certain clubs to av more money thats why european cup was changed to keep certain sides happy wanting more money and now their crying like a woman
