We've had several big surprises already, how anybody could be anything less than delighted with the transfer dealings this wondow is beyond me. And why would we sign somebody on the last day? That only happens for desperate teams panic buying, It doesn't make sense to save a big surprise for the last day as we will be 3-4 games in to the season already.

Totally agree with the above. Extremely pleased with the signing we have made. We don't need anyone else apart from Lescott, as long as that is done and dusted we should be fine. Then again if a world class player becomes available then I will be happy to see them arrive too...
