Whatever City end up with will win the league..
needs a new thread perhapsSaid this in another thread:
Next 9 games to see out this calendar year are what we would call winnable if the best version of ourselves shows up, that'd put us on a 10 game winning streak:
Everton (H)
Aston Villa (A)
West Ham (H)
Watford (A)
Wolves (H)
Leeds (H)
Newcastle (A)
Leicester (H)
Brentford (A)
We're out of the League Cup and pretty much through in the Champions League, so no excuses. Max points has to be the focus here, do that and we'll be out in front on our own.
You have us drawing with Watford and Brentford, really?needs a new thread perhaps
Everton (H) - 3 points
West Ham (H) - 3 points
Aston Villa (A) - 3 points
Watford (A) - 1 point
Wolves (H) - 3 points
Leeds (H) - 3 points
Newcastle (A) - 3 points
Leicester (H) - 3 points
Brentford (A) - 1 point
23 out of 27 points
just my thoughts, I certainly hope you are rightYou have us drawing with Watford and Brentford, really?
I'm all in on 27 points :)
25 keeps us in the race, but if we go into Liverpool Vs Chelsea in early January with a 3 point lead then as far as I'm concerned that could be one or both of them out of the race. One game at a time etc, but this stretch is definitely a stretch where we can win it.Looks like a 10 match winning streak that wins the title.
