I don't think they'll struggle against wolves and forest but Brighton could do well against a makeshift defence. They're also 2 big leaders as well

They'll miss Zinny more in those games where they dominate the ball in midfield and need added creativity to break down a low block. Given some of his defending in recent games it might be a broadly net positive against Brighton.
