Didnt they need to win by 2 clear goals aswell. I remember Mcmahon putting 1 finger up to say 1 min left (at 1 nil down the Bin Dippers were still champions).Liverpool v Arsenal from what I remember. Johnny Barnes losing possession and Arsenal scoring very late to win title.
One Alan Smith ball over the top and Mickey Thomas goal later they were not!!

Much nicer title run from a media perspective than when we were up against Liverpool. Fair play to the Gooners. It's almost as if it is Liverpool, their fans and their fans in the media that are the problem. Who would have thought that?
