i like this postIf City don’t go on to win the PL title, at least CIty have stopped Klopp and Liverpool from winning the PL title, which has saved millions of football fans in this country and around the world from non stop abject misery for the rest of their lives. :-)
The perfect example of this is the Arse-Villa, Lpool-Palace weekend. The facts are that anybody can take points off anybody in this league. Last year Southampton who were rock bottom drew v Arsenal away and everybody thought they'd get hammered. We scraped past a Sheffield United team that is currently on 16 points with a last minute goal.
To write off anybody as too shit is total folly. United can certainly take points from Arsenal. I wouldn't even call it unlikely.
Also I think there's a little of "the be careful what you wish for" in hoping Villa beat Liverpool. A Spurs team with nothing to play for, no pressure and everything to prove could be dangerous. They demonstrably play worse when they are under a weight of expectation.
honestly they should just save everyone the time and forfeitHave you seen that rag line up? Casemiro and JFE in central defence ? This has to be the worst rag team ever. Its' going to be massacre. Hopefully they'll have the same line up for the cup final.
This. I'm guessing 0-6 with Arsenal in 2nd gear. Unfortunately it might also be the end of tent peg.Hopefully won't put wastecost off from applying though.honestly they should just save everyone the time and forfeit
I was hopeful up until I seen the rag team a couple of minutes ago. This will be a major fuck up if Arsenal drop points today. The facts are that anybody can take points off anybody in this league. In truth I don't think the actual players or managers really think like that, beyond wanting to win their own game (or fuck the season off and get on their private yachts) they probably don't think too much other teams results that aren't directly affecting them. Personally, I don't think too many Spurs or United players are really too worried about who wins the league.do you really think spurs will want to help arsenal, not only their long standing rivalry but the fact that they were utter cunts at their place just a few weeks ago.
A rag get sent off at old scaffold don't talk pissYou guys hoping for the Rags to do you a favour is as forlorn as us hoping Spuds will do us a favour. Ain't gonna happen.
Both teams will win their remaining 2 games - the opposition in both cases is far inferior.
I reckon Rags will get an early red card today as well as they'll try to overcompensate for their bumming at Palace.
i think the players definitely know what the fans are thinking and take notice of it tbf.In truth I don't think the actual players or managers really think like that, beyond wanting to win their own game (or fuck the season off and get on their private yachts) they probably don't think too much other teams results that aren't directly affecting them. if you splash out £60 for a ticket obviously you want your team to win.

they have had their full team out against us and it didnt make a damn bit of difference, if he is putting all his eggs in that basket he is gonna be able to make quite the omeletteI honestly thing Burnley, Luton & Forest would be able to put out a stronger line up than that.
Tent Peg with both eyes on the Cup Final, the last roll of the dice for the man on death row.
Players will always want to win, and they'll want to play in the CL if there's a chance. Also the fans you see on forums spouting bile represent something like 10% of the true supporter base, the majority of whom would prefer their own team to do well over anything else.In truth I don't think the actual players or managers really think like that, beyond wanting to win their own game (or fuck the season off and get on their private yachts) they probably don't think too much other teams results that aren't directly affecting them.
