Two shocking defensive errors admittedly one a bizarre own goal have cost Sunderland three points today.

They didn't happen against us and that's the difference really.

Spurs were nothing special today but they are stringing a good bunch of results and if Bale stays fit they will challenge for a top four spot this season Imo.

He was, or else not watching it. Spurs didn't need pace and width, Sunderland looked a shadow of the team we played 3 days ago, it could have been 4 or 5, but spurs finishing was as bad as ours, and their winner was a stupid own goal.

No excuse for us, our team was far superior to the one Sunderland had out, no matter how much effort they put in, ours should have won not lost.

Agreed. It's up there with the Tim Cahill ''boxing the corner flag'' and Robbie Keane's ''forward roll'' in terms of annoyance value.

His pace, strength, technical ability, and 9 league goals help ease the pain of all the diving shite. As long as he keeps playing at this level and we keep getting results he can dive every game for all I care. Would prefer he didn't, but it is what it is.
