Is Sherwood tells Adebayor he is his main striker and keeps bigging him up he will keep performing, at city he started sulking when he was dropped to the bench when we bought other strikers he doesn't like not playing or being the main striker..

Adebayor on form is simply that good. He is a perfect striker, who can do anything. At Arsenal he was taking them to the title too.Armaan said:What's funny is that if spurs didn't have AVB at the start they'd be in the title mix lol.
Adebayor apart Tottenham have been really poor in a lot of games, but he has popped and won them such as against us and Everton.
Really? I always thought that Adebayor was one of them striker who missed 4 good chances then scored one when he was at Arsenal. Similar to Dzeko in a way.
The most frustrating thing about him though is that physically he has all the attributes to be the complete striker. He's fast, strong, skilful, good in the air and on his day can finish. His biggest flaw is his motivation levels. With his natural skill he should have gone down as one of the PL's best strikers like Drogba. Unfortunately Adebayor only turns up when Adebayor wants to. It's no coincidence that he normally starts to perform when he is after a new contract.
I don't think they'll sell to english club but who knows, he's got kompany in manchester city :ptaconinja said:Didn't get to watch this game today, but I heard they were absolutely wretched. Wonder if we could get Vertonghen off them (I still rate him) if they crash out again...
