Yes, Spurs are far from done in this transfer window.

Etienne Capoue is still very much on, Franco Baldini is using his AS Roma connections for Lamela & Osvaldo, we're after a couple of lads from Ajax and Alen Halilovic from Dinamo Zagreb stands a decent chance of coming-off.

These are very exciting times to be a Spurs fan, as it looks like we're going to mount a very serious challenge for the Title.

Sad to see some old favourites move-on though but players like Huddlestone, Parker & Gallas are not good enough to be starters in the team we're building.
Pmsl. Define serious?

it's the new term used for the period between the middle of august and october the 1st.

Etienne Capoue will return to Hotspur Way tomorrow after his duty for the French National team to finalise his move to Spurs.

For a team aiming to be first-rate, they're signing a lot of second-rate players. Capoue, Chadli and Paulinho wouldn't exactly start in ours or Chelsea's teams.

I think Spurs have bought pretty well this summer. If they keep Bale they're in with a good shout of top four.

And Soldado?

Second-rate too, I suppose?
