Not meaning to have a go at your life outside forums THFC6061 but your up with the top 5 per cent of posters on this forum and I figure you are fairly active on a number of others.

Do you actually have a life beyond your keyboard?

You are always welcome as far as I am concerned on this forum but at least your love interest(S) would always know where you are I figure.

Actually, Spurs have a net spend of £131,873,820 during the 22 seasons of the Premier League.

And as our current squad cost £214,794,000 to assemble, it means we've actually made a profit of around £83m from player trading.

If you have a nett spend of £131m you haven't made a profit from player trading.

If you are trying to claim that you have built a squad worth £214m from that nett spend you still havent made a profit from player trading.

And you can't even make an assessment of whether or not you've got value for your spending without comparing the value of the squad before, and after. You've unsurprisingly ignored the fact that the squad had a value before the premier league started.

The figures pre-1992 are nominal.

Total Spent 1908-2013: £628,370,959

Total Received 1908-2013: £490,028,280

Net Spend 1908-2013: £138,342,679

Cost of Current Squad to Assemble: £214,794,000

Profit from Player Trading: £76,454,321

Please don't start the tiresome twunt off again.

Spurscommunity is very good and the posters are on the sensible side, it's just too small compared to others. Ignore the match day threads of knee jerk reaction. I'm banned from COYS due to an argument with the owner which was outside the forum. There is also Glory Glory which is huge, but I only hear negative things. There are plenty of boards but I don't think there is a main one. There are plenty of numbers for them all

Glory-Glory.co.uk :
Posts: 430,127 • Threads: 3,849 • Members: 1,822

Bluemoon:
Total posts 5716705 • Total topics 180129 • Total members 56748

So Bluemoon has thirteen times as many posts, forty-six times as many threads, and thirty-one times as many members. So your huge board is tiny compared to this place. We've actually got several other forums around the size of Glory-Glory - some slightly bigger, some slightly smaller. So, my point stands, Spurs do not have a main forum anywhere near this size despite being a similar size club.

Very interesting data - how big is blue moon in relation to all other premier league forums I wonder??

IMO It's the biggest and the best. I often visit the aways teams boards before we play to gauge reaction.
Most are a lot smaller/quieter and some of the layouts. Well suffice to say they need to up their game
100 fold and they still wouldn't get anywhere near here.

Not brown tonguing but Ric et al have done a fantastic job here, and probably why other teams supporters
want to come here.

It's really strange that Spuds have not got a decent forum I reckon one of the Spuds fans should set one up in the style of Bluemoon

Coys forum has over 15,000 members the last time I checked I'm not even sure if that's the biggest. Spurs forums are spread out amongst many members, which isn't always a bad thing, you pick and choose whatever you want. I like the smaller SC to read. For some reason I wouldn't be fond if it was just one huge one like rawk

You are re-inventing the meaning of the word profit. Your current squad at the end of their contracts have a value of £0. And I don't understand how you can totally disregard the value of the squad pre 1992.

Coys is the biggest -

15,425 members; 6,925,944 posts.

Spurscommunity has 23, 307 members and 2,948,249 posts. But SC has more members because Coys deletes inactive users every few months.

As far as I'm aware these are the two biggest Spurs forums, and SC is the best one imo.
