Harry won 250 points from the 432 on offer (57.87%).

Makes you wonder what AVB can achieve when he does finally get a fucking clue.

According to Spurs Stat Man (@SpursStatMan) October 27, 2013 it's 55.88%

Mancini had a win percentage of 61.40% and it was enough to sack him.

Spurs are probably the right level for AVB. He wouldn't get a big job.

The intrinsic problem with win percentage figures is that they treat lost and drawn matches as having exactly the same value.

Which, quite obviously, they're not.

But AVB's Premier League win percentage with Spurs is 57.45%, compared with Harry's 49.31%.

Notice how he's used points won instead of games won. Using a different method of measuring a win percentage so AVB looks better than he is.

AVB has a higher win percentage as well than Harry.

I'm not thrilled with the tactics just yet though I think it will come together, but there's no doubt in my mind that AVB is a far superior manager than Harry.

What part of win percentage are you not understanding ? The losses and draws mean nothing because it's all about how many games you have won. That's why it's called a win percentage. There's nothing misleading about it.
