Q. The organisation X* is commonly abbreviated to what? (*Can't remember the organisation name)
A. Pass

Answer was literally just the first letter of each word in the name

The Chase had that today -
Q. What retail company was started in (gave the year) by the founder whose first names were William Henry?
Now in fairness I shouted out Boots, where as the contestant passed..... of course as soon as the answer WH Smith was given it was slapped foreheads in my house ha ha
