Some quiz show on Ch4 and there’s 3 in a team and none of them knew when St David’s Day or St Andrew’s Day was.
I saw that, she was truly terrible! She didn’t know fucking anything at all. It was almost like she might be on the WUM but why would you portray yourself on tele as the thickest person that’s ever lived so thought it must be genuine. The American woman on Lightning this week must be one of the worst contestants on any quiz show ever.
Twice this week she’s had 2 minutes of questions fired at her and didn’t get any right.
I know David’s is on a 1st but can’t remember if it’s 1st February or March. I wouldn’t know either of those without checking. Nor St Patrick’s Day.Some quiz show on Ch4 and there’s 3 in a team and none of them knew when St David’s Day or St Andrew’s Day was.
I suspect they are putting hard-up actors on these shows posing as contestants.I saw that, she was truly terrible! She didn’t know fucking anything at all. I cant work out their logic for applying to go on any quiz show. Do they just think they can fluke it?I saw that, she was truly terrible! She didn’t know fucking anything at all. Edmund would have been a better choice to keep as England’s patron saint.I know David’s is on a 1st but can’t remember if it’s 1st February or March. I wouldn’t know either of those without checking. Nor St Patrick’s Day.
I didn’t even know that England’s Patron Saint was St Edmund until about 5 years ago.
Okay, perhaps a bad example. But the guy did think Denmark was a land-locked country. Can I replace my original evidence with this?If you don't celebrate it why would you care to remember it?
Don’t know the date of St George's day so damned if I know the date important to jingoistic sweaties and taffs.
In Junior school if you were in the cubs or brownies you would wear uniform on one of the Saint daysEdmund would have been a better choice to keep as England’s patron saint.
The days of patron saints, even if it is a stupid concept, was drummed into us at school. Assumed it was the same for everyone but it seems not.
