You're comparing apples and oranges, Wales has never had a rep, barely plays in major tournaments and didn't run riot across the world for over 2 decades. It's actually daft that you keep coming out with this '' we didn't get any trouble'' You're the equivalent of Iceland when it comes to national football hooliganism. Majority of English hooligans are on banning orders but it doesn't stop other countries hooligans wanting to have a pop just because of our rep.

One of the great joys of recent tournaments was watching the bouncing, Charlie’d-up, middle age, balding, overweight, Ingerlund fans get pasted from one side of France to the other by the Russian hooligans.
For the first time in their “careers” they actually had an “opponent” who wasn’t a family man, and was prepared to fight back, and they absolutely, to a man, shit it and got absolutely battered. Marvellous to witness after seeing them batter other European fans over the years. But only when outnumbering them 10-1 of course, and even then only after confirming that their opponents were simply fans out to watch their teams and not an actual firm.

They were fully funded by the russian government to turn up in Marseille and beat up anyone they come across, all had gumshields and mma gloves on. Hopefully most of them are rotting in a field in Ukraine now whilst their families get a bag of potatoes for their sacrifice.
