Saturday had a similar feel to last season's desperate draw against Sunderland, after which we won five straight. Not convinced we're capable of winning every game, but mentally the players really need to win at Stoke City and prove to themselves, as much as anyone else, that they can win without Toure.

Chelsea will drop more than 7 points over 14 games without doubt. All we need is a string of results and some confidence in the strikers and we'll be right up there. I think Wilfried will give us something very different and the return of YaYa will stabilise us going forward.

Yes, a few players have been playing far below par as of late but I have a feeling that a massive result will set us rolling again like the streak we went on after beating Bayern, so Barcelona will be huge. Let's get behind the team at Stoke and get some good performances strung together,

We will certainly win the league if the final 14 games work like The Sun today says they did in 2010-11 (see their Exclusive on page 59).

They say that with 24 games played our record was P 24 W 13 D 6 L 5 GF 37 GA 20 Pts 45

Nine points behind United.

After 38 games the record was P 38 W 28 D 5 L 5 GF 93 GA 29 Pts 89

So City can do it.

If that were true it would have meant that we won 15 of the last 14 games and succeeded in undrawing one of the games previously drawn. And as such earned 44 points from a possible 42.

United meanwhile lost 5, undrew 4 of the 9 previously drawn and won 13 taking 35 points out of a possible 42.

Think we would win easily with that option this year. Because with that kind of way to calculate the league table Chelsea will be definitely stuffed!

Don't think we'll win it. Chelsea will drop points but so will we. Just hope yaya turns up fired up and that bony hits the ground running with aguero.
Then you never know.

I am as Die Hard, we can do it no matter what, as they come but the the truth is, if we don't beat Stoke tonight its over, a draw not good enough. Chelsea will only drop points and get flustered if we are winning and applying pressure to them. The title may not technically be won or lost tonight but for me, if we don't win, its over...!

Chelsea won't win tonight. It's whether we can close the gap with a win or if we do our usual missed opportunity tactic. We have to win tonight because Everton have the perfect tactics to get a result tonight.

If we get 8 points or more than Chelsea between now and the end of the season I think we will win it
