I haven’t so much lost interest in sex but as I’m getting a bit older (53) I’m finding there is a downside - I know I’ll be up at least 4 times during the night needing to pee afterwards!
I’ve accepted having to get up to pee as par for the course as we age but climaxing seems to mess up my water works big style.
Sex in the evening and work next morning? I’ll be extra tired and useless from hardly sleeping. That makes me think twice before ‘putting out’ :)
