Long running American indie type band from Portland, Oregon.
Johnny Marr was a member for maybe 2 years in the mid 2000's living in Portland and touring with the band.
I saw them at the Ritz during that time

great band, caught them a few times....actually met him 15 years back got invited to VIP/hotel bar by the tour manager and head roadie. lovely bunch.
