Margaret Betts was headhunted for her role when she was only 19 years old.
If you've never been to Bletchley Park it's a fascinating place and they do a fantastic job of giving you a sense of what it was like at the time.
Her husband went at beginning of August. I always find it sad when remaining partner goes quickly even though it might not be related. She had a long career and did much more than Nellie Boswell which she'll be remembered most for. RIP lady.
Durham Town seemed to be on permanent rotation as a kid. Didn't like him at the time especially as my dad had some of his albums. I'm more forgiving with age and must admit, Mexican Whistler makes me smile in later years. Sad he's gone as my dad enjoyed his music. RIP sir.
