The "which famous person died today" thread

Loved the man from Uncle late 60s.
I remember joining Uncle they sent me an id card and toy gun.
I was then on the lookout for Thrush agents...

RIP David
I never had any problems with thrush until I was in my late teens.
I should have enlisted the help of "Agent Johnny" to thwart the thrush agents !!

All the more disappointing then to discover he was a RWNJ.

I decided a LONG time ago not to take any notice of any actors political views because the sheer amount of weirdos in Hollywood and acting in general would mean there would be nothing left to watch.

Now I just watch something if it is good, ignoring the negative and just watching the program/film.

Johnny Leyton is about the only person in that film still alive.
Sorry to very pedantic, but the guy who spoke the last line in The Great Escape, William Russell Enoch is still alive at 99!

Became a TV star in the 50s, with the Adventures of Sir Lancelot. After The Great Escape he became one of the original companions on Doctor Who. In later years he was also a Corrie guest star.
