The worst online shop bar none

if there are issues as described on this thread, have City Matters reps taken it up?
Has anyone spoken to them? At least two are on here but they don't monitor social media looking for problems. If people have had problems then email them.

People contacted me after City moved to Kitbag and were having problems. I went in and spoke to the two senior retail managers about the issues. They were already aware of them and gave Kitbag notice to improve.
 
I ordered a jacket a few years ago. When it got here I had to pay more than the price of the jacket for import fees.
My wife ordered a few things for me once for christmas. One of the items was a City mug that arrived in about 1,000 pieces.
Jigsaw mug, doubles the pleasure :)
