gettin a bit daft now,just naming players that played the odd game for the sake of being different ie Collossino,shutt,atkinson etc,i mean Vuoso didn't even start a game ffs

Danny Allsopp? He scored a few goals for us he did! At least he did his job, and he only played no more than 200 minutes I bet!
People can't seriously think Stephen Jordan, Danny Tiatto, Paul Bosvelt and Sibierski are among the worst players to play for City? Some players were played out of position, some were overpriced, some were constantly on the bench, some were brought in to replace players much better than themselves and the majority of names in this thread played in a team that was so shit it was quite unbelievable.
Prime example - Bernado Corradi. A target man from Italy, played in a team with DaMarcus Beasley and Trevor Sinclair on the wings. Signed for £2.5m at a time when we had little money. In the game away at Pompey in 2007, Vassell put a stunning ball into the box and Corradi buried it with his head. That, IMO, was what Corradi was all about. The trouble was, Pearce, it seems, failed to see it! Playing him up top with Dickov for example? Then Sven came in and he scored 3-4 goals in pre-season, all of which were either headers or from good hold up play.
Technically 'bad' footballers are quite rare TBH and you can't rate players who have played at international level, won trophies and played in major European Leagues as the 'worst' player to play for us.

Daley, so bad it was cringeworthy, cost less than Negouai, relative I appreciate but 1.4m is still 1.4m.

Rodney Marsh. Speechless, I was 11 years of age, saw him play for QPR fantastic (2nd and 3rd division) , hapless,hopeless and finally sacked, 2nd division showman. Coated universally by every one of his contempories, was at rhe game when Sir Alf finally lost it, Wembley Stadium, crowd as one inc me screaming "Rodney Rodney". and they say that caps are cheap now. to put Rodney in perspective, stan bowles was a billion times more productive.

Positionally he made Micah Richards look like Bobby Moore!
