Watched him in both legs of the CL semi and he was useless. Can’t defend, poor positionally and his touch looked pretty bad. Fast yes and dangerous moving forward with the ball, but not what we need.

Good ol' Kyle is an example of a traditional full-back. They know when to go forward but also have a sense of awareness on when to get back and defend. Kyle Walker reminds me of a more pacey Javier Zanetti and Theo is nothing like either of them.
 
I don't see him moving.. after the Leao new contract deal. But if he becomes available for a decent price real will probably be sniffing as with Hakimi that wants to move back. PSG wont deal with Real though and I cant see Milan all of a sudden selling Theo, will probably take a new fullback record fee..

Cancelo at his best is brilliant, though, so if he has a better personality and can consistently perform, it would be a no brainer. Having said that, I don't see us getting a traditional full-back.

He doesn’t consistently perform - exactly like Cancelo. :’)

A fullback like him can give Pep more tactic flexibility.

Our current style is good but it requires the wingers ( or more accurate the left/right attacking midfielder ) too much energy. Grealish and Bernardo are not very young lads...

Remember when Chelsea won the CL and everyone said Ben Chilwell and Reece James were enough? The next season over burn.

Too anyone saying about position awareness etc... It is the say as Kyle Walker before his joining... And I see Theo has the potential to become our next Walker because of his speed and energy.
