Hi, United fan here

Thiago's a good player, Your collection of wankers don't play kick and rush, we did not deserve to win the league last year and your a Rag so get to fuck.

That's about as nice as I'm prepared to be, it will only get worse from here on you red prick.
I did giggle at that. To be fair, I'm pretty sure it's what he expected.

pique, fabregas - is it some sort of cunning plan? thiago next, gets experience elsewhere then return in prime

It's a hedged bet.

If Barca have to buy back Thiago (usually with a lower frst option) then they get a battle ready player. If he tanks like Bojan then they made some cash and didn't fork over the wages that need to be covered.

Thiago will spend 2 years at United.. And then he'll be back at Barca replacing Xavi.

This is basically the Piqué situation all over again for them.
I doubt it. He doesn't have that connection with Barca like Pique or Fabregas. They may twist his head though, you never know. Still, if he gets regular game time wherever he goes it's hard to see him going back to Barca in a few hours. I'm 100% positive that in 2 years time they WILL start talking how they want him back etc. etc. but it won't happen.

To the United fan, like Marvin replied to you your team plays with wingers and the style you adopt is pretty much "kick and rush wingers" like you said. Whenever I've watched you guys play it's been like that. Long balls to the strikers, or a winger picks the ball up and of course you know what happens after that. This is why most on here think Thiago won't be good in your system. He is used to the tiki-taka playing style and it will be extremely hard for him to play like you do. Kagawa is the perfect example. He was a top player at Dortmund, and is barely seen at United if I'm not mistaken. Players like that just don't suit your style of play, Strootman I reckon will be more suited.

He's been with Barca since he was 13. I'm not sure how much closer one can get to a club.

Is it a done deal for the rags, good buy for them if so, they need him more than us tbf.

Its a done deal

Good buy for them if so

So is it a done deal or are you guessing?

Lots of papers and on twitter are saying they are close to signing him and are agreeing personal terms at the moment. I have a feeling Isco and Thiago will be announced almost at the same time by us and them respectively lol.
