Can somebody please explain how psg are getting around ffp ,for an everyday football fan like me they look like they don't give a fuck.
Would have loved t.silva here but fair play to them for sticking two fingers up at uefa unless they know something we don't.

at the minute psg have spent more or less the same millions hughes spent in his tenure.

unfortunally hughes spent that money in a clueless way
Way before the current financial restraints, so useless info.

Noway a bargain at £33m but PSG needed these signings for future , they will have a lethal starting 11 in a year

I wonder if we should have gone for him , backup CB is top priority this season

It's alright having a lethal starting XI, but when the hit hits the fan and injuries/suspensions kick in, can Ancelotti deal with it?
Has he also got the ability to mould them into a team in such a short space of time, which Bob did to an absolute tee under great pressure from the club, fans and media.

This exactly the same that concerns me about Chelsea (well, not really because I don't care one jot)

In many ways they are more attractive than we were 3 years ago. Runners up, already CL qualified, Paris, etc

Leonardo knows what he is doing.

Kill me for saying this, but that's the one thing City has going against it. The city.

Paris is a dirty stinky overpriced shit hole.

I am just back from Paris a few weeks ago, and it is looking more like Blackpool every time I go back there!

Still stunning in parts, but a lot of rough places as well, with Montmartre feeling like a touristy Whalley Range!

The purchases of Lavezzi, Ibra and Thiago Silva should put around £40m a year onto their burden for the next four years.

In their last accounts, PSG lost about £20m, so they essentially need to find £30m a year from where they were (as the allowed deviations are £50m).

Their attendences have been pretty awful in recent years, only averaging 55% capacity so there is room there for growth in matchday revenue. Commercial revenue should soar from the influence of the Qatar Investment Authority and their higher profile.
Also, they haven't been in the Champions League which could make them about £20-30m.

They should be able to pass FFP in the current monitoring period presuming that this is the last of their big signings.

Plus, given the huge number of visitors to Paris, there's no reason why a trip to watch PSG can't become a staple tourist attraction - and enable them to justify Arsenal style prices.

Perhaps in years to come but this won't help them with FFP. They need to start filling their ground ASAP
