i dont think city needs a 40m centre back atm ,
spend on bale as a winger and a world class defensive mid ,as this city side can win epl again with same squad but it needs those 2 players and a decent cb in 10-15m range as you have virtually no cover in that position , coupling these with a sale of 20m , you can survive ffp easily

45-50m for thiago is one of the most over priced deal ever , he would have costed 30m if psg weren't in for him

But both Leonardo and Silva's agent have confirmed Milan/PSG talks, it'd be one very elaborate hoax if it involves PSG's sporting director.
 
Looks like the deal isn't done yet

Perhaps they are waiting for us to hijack the deal or maybe T.Silva just doesn't want to go to PSG
