Manchester Football Museum, Chethams Library and buildings. Two very different but interesting places. All the ones that @uweuweuwe mentioned, especially John Rylands.
Do our Stadium tour, well organised and won awards. Great idea to get the tram to Media City and the Lowry and Imperial War Museum.

Go to Cosmo on deansgate for food. Used to be called red hot buffet, all you can eat in an hour and half and has everything for everyone.

Yards store and The R store do similar sorts of stuff . Thats about it really . They dont hold as much stock as oipolloi did thoughJust jumping on this thread save starting a new one. I’m going to be over and in town this weekend for the first time since Covid. Was looking forward to popping into Oi Polloi, but I see it’s just closed down! Anywhere else in town similar that’s worth a visit?

They were bought out by JD sports a while ago so its been coming. Expect a new HIP store in its place is the rumourWtf, was about to order stuff from them. That’s a bit sudden.

Just jumping on this thread save starting a new one. I’m going to be over and in town this weekend for the first time since Covid. Was looking forward to popping into Oi Polloi, but I see it’s just closed down! Anywhere else in town similar that’s worth a visit?
It’s not exactly in town but Steranko in West Didsbury is great.

Pubs wise, The Crown and Kettle, The Britons, The Edinburgh Castle and Lass OGowrie are some of our favourites. But plenty of others to choose from.
