Prague in 1990. (Hard to believe we had trouble finding somewhere to sit down and have a beer that wasn't a Hotel). I remember though stepping out of the bus into Old Town Square , seemed completely unreal.

The route up the steps to revel the view of the "pitch" in the colluseum is unreal, though only as it's exactly the same as my first match at maine road. 'Istry...

What blew my mind was the fact that they cut it up & moved the whole temple to higher ground.
And getting a taxi there & back from Aswan (580km) for about $10 lol

Flying into Las Vegas airport at night with all the hotels visible (Caesar's Palace, Bellagio (fountains), Luxor (Pyramids), Mirage (volcano), Paris (Eiffel Tower), etc. all lit up as night becomes day on the Strip. Also helicopter flight above the Grand Canyon (6 out of 7 climatic zones), revealing breathtaking scenery, Lake Mead, Indian settlements, extinct volcanoes and herds of mustangs.

The train journey from Oslo to Bergen then the views of Bergen itself after taking the Fløibanen funicular up to Mount Floyen.
The walk down was decent as well.
Florence another beautiful city as well.
