Things you don’t see anymore in football

FA Cup final day TV coverage starting at 9 o'clock in the morning watching the players having breakfast then a helicopter following the coaches through the streets to Wembley, then the game followed by watching the players in the bath with the cup.

FA Cup final replays; seem to recall both sets of players went up and shook the dignitaries’ hands on the Saturday in 1981.
 
I can. In those days an injured player would continue on the pitch, unless it was so serious he couldn't even walk. Usually put out on the left wing, or sometimes centre forward for some strange reason. In fact Harry Dowd famously had to do that once for City..........and scored. :-)
