I'd say unnecessary journeys. The amount of people who will jump in a car to pop to the shops when they could walk it in 10 minutes. Same with school runs.

Try driving in India mate. Compared to there Belgium is as dangerous and manic as a Sloth fucked out his tits on skunk.
