Third party ticket sites and City (dodgy site ticket claims - p32)

Just had this come up on my social media.

They have community shield tickets available from £86 already. @Alex - City Matters how does this happen. Can the City Matters group receive a definitive answer from the club about which ticket sites they work with and what percentage of tickets (especially away games) are given to these sites.
 
My mum had to sell her ticket for the last game of the season and got £19 back as she's a pensioner . The lad who was sat next to me and my dad said he paid £200 for the ticket from a site.

That’s keeping the prices down for the South Stand Level 3 Blues etc.

Obviously purchased by a season card/ membership holder and then resold. The club needs to be informed.
