This Cesspit of a City

Vancouver isn’t boring! There’s tons to do, and it is a year round place to do it! Unless, of course, you don’t like being outside, enjoying nature, plenty of good choices to eat, a beautiful waterfront, majestic scenery, nice, friendly Canadians, etc, etc, etc... THE biggest knock against Vancouver, in my book, is that it is so bloody expensive!

Can't argue with the outdoors bit, but that's not for me. Nice walk with the dog on a nice day with a pub lunch is as outdoorsy as I get.
I said earlier it's great for x-game type stuff. I just found it a bit boring. Just not for me I guess. My mate that lives there tried it all at first. I guess it doesn't compete with the Mancunian style sitting in the pub and putting the world to rights, bit of Liars or Mojos depending on your scene and an Abdul's on the way home.

Jokes a side, I'm not keen on modern Cities, prefer a little edge to my City, or culture. Something different to experience.

Somewhere like Chicago, not steeped in European style history or culture. But with its own vibe, be it the loop, buck town, north side, South and west & far west sides. Good soul food, giant weird pizza, some top BBQ joints and a decent music scene. Is Buddy Guy's still going? Not been for a while.
Used to have a couple of top mates, living in Greektown & Bucktown.

The solution to the Cesspit is there blues get out and vote for Corbyn stop letting these Tory's and Blarites fleece the country.
We’ve had a Labour Council for ever and they’re doing fuck all to clean the place up

As always, Chicago is great, as long as you know where to go...and more importantly, where not to go! And Buddy Guy’s is still going strong, although that’s about as far south as you might want to travel when you leave at 2 am!
