I can't find the Youtube video that I want of him. Starts with something like

I have met many giants in my time, but only one colossus

Any help?

Favourite player of all time. Best dribbler I have ever seen along with Messi and Maradona. Stayed at City when the great 'man of the people' Niall quinn couldnt get out of the door fast enough.

I doubt we have had a more loyal player under such circumstances.

Just showed that vid to my daughter and she thought it was like watching Messi. Yes he wasn't as good as Messi is now , its just those chips over the goalie are what people rave about.

Posted the same thing in this thread about the same time as Damo

A man that held the beacon of light around those dark days. As a kid he made the day special, the drive to Moss Side, the walk to the ground, up the steps to the North Stand and wait....Wait for that one flick, turn, drop of the shoulder, dribble and shot.

All of this whilst my Dad to the side of me knew the bad times we were in, shelling out money for us to go that we didn't have really. Hopefully Kinky put a smile on his face too as he did mine.

Can you imagine what todays team would be like with him there.

It would be a pleasure to watch him and Silva mesmerise teams. I think we would go the whole season without losing posession.

I was at the open day at Maine Rd the day before Niall Quinn was sold to Sunderland for £1m (was it)? I was only a kid back then but I was under the impression Alan Ball forced him out as Quinn was told he wouldn't be starting games, or is this completely wrong?
