This man. This unforgettable, mesmeric man.

I can never understand how the Southampton goal *never* makes the best PL goal lists. We love a hit and hope in this country.
I was lucky enough to get the ball from this game, signed by all team. Still got it up at home.

Never got to see him in the flesh - but my favourite City player of all time.

Just such a shame we also had my worst City "player" of all time at the club at the same time..i.e. Alan fucking Ball

Would love to know which Manger was meant to join, but didn't and thus Frannie Lee went to his old racing pal last minute to manage City.
I am sure Brian Horton would have got 500% more out of the team than Alan fucking Ball ever did / could of

Whenever he got the ball the whole stadium would be on their feet expecting something incredible, they usually got it! Unfortunately he played in the wrong city side at the wrong time.

How much would you pay for Gio today (without the baggage).

In fairness to him, what baggage is this? He stuck with the club through 3 seasons and 2 relegations probably at the cost of him going on and being recognised as one of the worlds best. He wasn't any trouble, only incident I remember was a Ferrari crash racing Nicky Summerbee!

Georgian genius love him to be there today.

Good player and I liked him but he wouldn't get near our team now. We loved him at City but I think it was significant that no other English clubs made a move for him when he left City. He seriously underachieved as a player.

One goal I've never seen is the one he scored against Wales that led to him being signed
Unless he scored two long range chipped goals against Wales, this is it

Vinny Jones how did he make a living out of the game

Cheers.

He certainly brightened up the 90s but sadly he will always be associated with the worst most depressing era in the club's history.

I saw every game kinky plyaed for us and at the time we were desperate for a bit of class which he supplied in spades reletively speaking

but I'm sorry blues a reality check is needed

he never won us that many games and if the truth be known compare him to David Silva and you realise how starved we were back then

David Silva is a very very big step up from Kinky

if we are not careful bluemoon runs the risk of turnung Gio into the next DVB
