would it just be the circle or would it include that flower shape thing round the outside?

Thinks that if it is to be the new badge a couple of things should be done to make it more similar to the classic round badge.
First of all get rid of that shit little flowery thing on the outside.
Secondly put a dot at the bottom of the circle like the badge from the 70s.
Thirdly make the canal green ala the 70s badge.

I really don't like that badge in the OP. The writing is poor. The colouring isn't good.

I have always preferred the old badge, on our current badge I don't understand the concept of the stars? Bring back the old badge!!

I actually like our current crest as it's the only one I've seen City play in. However if we change the crest it should 100% be back to the 1970s badge.

I find it baffling that so many people think it's a phoenix.

With the exception of the silly stars (and the motto), every aspect of the new badge is relevant to Manchester's history.

I like the Old Badge. That is awful. It is as bad as our current Away Strips.

Although we do have the nicest Home Shirt ever.
