Oh maybe not here but a lot of places people are on about the ball not going in and hence its a yellow.

Given that the ball was not going towards the goal, which from his position the referee should have seen, I'm struggling to understand how it was denying a goal and, therefore, warranted a red card. Another game ruined by incompetent officials.

Its worse for Mariner, looks like the 4th official gave him the chance to change it, and he clearly says "sorry I thought it was Gibbs", its not clear when this was but if it was before the penalty was taken, then he's just an idiot.

I don't understand why the Arsenal players didn't go mental with the ref. Are they so underwhelmed by this fixture!!
