Silva and Yaya would have probably gone for at around 35+ million now and Aguero probably would have been at least 50 million.

It's just not true. The reason Silva does not play for Barca in particular who he would fit in better is because they have better players. He is not on the level of Iniesta, Xavi or Messi. It's very biased to suggest so. Even for Spain he has to take a backstage to the true stars of the Spanish team. He is not underrated. He is a great 10 and one of the best players in the Premiership, but he is not on the level of the Barca boys and either is Di Maria for that matter.
