Bayern show that you don't have to buy +50 million striker to compete in Europe.
Ribery and Robben are the key for their success.
I hope our scouts will look for a players like them, a player who can dribble past player, create chances and score goals.
Even though we invested around 100 million on strikers, yet Bayern are better team than us because of Robbery ( Robben + Ribery)
I think today Mandzu and Müller were as important. They somehow complement them. Müller with his runs and being the second man in the box and Mandzukic for being a striker and a hard fighter. Robben and Ribery are not the ones (apart from the last CL final) that really score the decisive goals. Today before the first goal Müller and Mandzu crossed - Müller then had Vidic who is better with headers, Mandzu Evra... Guardiola seldom plays all of them together, that is the problem of his rotations and of the system - the last time they did in a match they scored 5 in 17 minutes against Hannover.
At Bayern the system with an backbone of own players who all are smart and have great personalities, some additional Germans and then some international stars is just great. Robben, Ribery and the Germans are together now for years, went through difficult times together (they were vagabonds before who never stayed anywhere very long) and that just sticks them together. And that is the basics. They try to include everybody. Everything else just was matched to it the recent years. Especially Robben and Ribery are not the same types they have been some years ago. The two older ones and the reserve keeper who is 33 are important factors, too, even if they do not play that often.
I think a team has to grow together - you just cannot only bundle stars together. Yes, you need a good system and a good coach, good players - but the extras just come with time, with team chemistry, with experience together. Some teams break in bad times - and some grow together.
