Thrown out for smoking- Help!

I hate aggressive drunks so would ban all alcohol from all matches and anyone coming into the ground smelling of alcohol, or drunk, to have their season ticket taken off them.

Bit over the top don't you think but no more draconian than some of the comments on here about smokers who in general don't get aggressive having a cigarette, unlike a lot of drunks. And no I am not a smoker.

Right, I know I shouldn't have been smoking but... I've never had a word said to me before at half time but today I was told to leave and had my seasoncard taken from me. Does anyboday know when I will get my seasoncard back or shall I ring/email the club?

if you dont hand it over they just get the police and they take it off you and will make the situation a lot worse

Rubbish. They have no powers to hold you there against your will. Walk out the ground, tell them to fuck off, hand your card to a mate before going for a fag and if challenged, blag it, say you have no ticket, bought it off a lad for the day and once in gave it him back.....

6 of the stewards in the black coats surrounded me befor and demanded my card because they said i was smoking in the toilets i refused and they wouldnt let me budge in this short space of time the police where nearly there

i dont even smoke

it was only when another poor lad walked out someone said "NO IT WAS HIM" they all just left me and nicked him no sorry or fuck all to me i was just left there but thats how close i came to getting my card taking and wrongfuly aswell

On Sunday at half time of the Fulham game I had my season card confiscated by a steward and I was ejected out of the stadium for smoking. If I may I would like to clarify exactly what happened.
At half time I felt extremely dizzy and a little claustrophobic so I decided to stretch my legs, have a walk to the spirals and take in some fresh air. Also I thought I could have a really good look at the building work being carried out next to the East car park.
When I reached the spirals I could hardly believe that there were people smoking, I was furious.
I protested to a smoker and told him to put out his cigarette straight away and he refused. I moved toward him but stumbled as I still felt a little dizzy from my claustrophobia. The smoker pushed me and somehow I managed to knock the cigarette out of his hand, but bizzarely it landed filter first in my mouth. The smoker then ran away and as I turned round a steward was there and that's when my S/C was confiscated.
I understand that being on the spiral slightly off balance and with a cigarette in my my mouth will have made me look like a drunk who was ignoring the correct rules and regulations of CoMS, but this is exactly what happened.
I hope you will take my word that this is the truth and you will send my season card back to me.

They live a better life. They don't get yellow stained fingers or teeth. They are less likely to have respitory problems. You 'healthy outdoor athletic' types go climbing up mountains in winter and expect the tax payer to fly helicopters to bail you out. Similar to rock climbers. Thing is we all take some riskd in life and to pretend anyone ever died of passive smoking is pointless as it's an urban myth.

Fuck me some people are plain stupid. I'm sure running round a track and training in the gym may require a helicopter upon injury. I'll cost the NHS a damn sight less than some moronic smoker. Who said anything about accusing second hand smoke of killing everyone? I said it was harmful to others help. Go read any scientific journal you want and it will show you it increases the chances of getting cancer/respiratory disease.You're a considerate smoker? So do you consider the effects you will have on the NHS when you go in with cancer or any other illness? No such thing as a considerate smoker, unless you solely smoke in your house by yourself and then that begs the question why is your willpower so weak that you can't give up?
