Ticket Exchange

Live in Ireland so I have an Irish bank account. We don't get money back in our account but vouchers instead which is bloody ridiculous since the money comes out of my account at the start of the season.
Sold my ticket 4 times last year and it's a struggle to get them to put on my account although they tell me I can use on next year's season ticket
 
I'm trying to list our Liverpool tickets today and it just won't let me. I tick our two seats in the usual way I always list if we can't go, click ok, and unlike previous games where it then changed to show they're being listed it does nothing. I've tried different devices and different browsers and it just won't list them. Clicking on does nothing. I close it and return to the page as new and they're still showing as not listed.
I've dm'd supporter services, so expect an answer the day after the game.

Anyone else having a problem with ticket exchange?




Edit to say since I posted here they replied in Twitter to say it's a problem at their end and they'll list them. Maybe posting here gave them a kick ;)

I see they changed the website, and probably not tested the exchange part.
 
Might be easier to shift em on to those wanting a ticket over in the tickets thread

Yep, been trying to list my Leicester ticket for a week and the "okay" button is just completely broken on the website.

For all of City's advances on the pitch and off in the last 15yrs the ticket office and it's website remain absolutely amateur level.

I've had the same so reassuring to see its not just mine. Trying to list my dad's as he's away and print another one off and neither feature is working. I'll drop them a message on twitter too
 
I'm trying to do a ticket transfer for Bayern Home to a friend's & family. The transfer option is greyed out. Anyone else got this?

I haven’t checked myself but Ticket Transfer may not be available yet for the Bayern game. It often isn’t for cup games until a week or so after tickets initially go on sale.

It’s just Ticket Exchange (City reselling your tickets) that’s not available for cup games. Ticket Transfer (you sending a ticket to someone on your friends and family list) will definitely be an option for you.
 
Ticket transfer now seems to be back working fine for all remaining league games. Not yet available for Munich. But I suspect that’s because the money is still pending in my bank account, even though City have emailed saying it’s gone through fine.

I'm trying to use Ticket exchange but doesn't seem to be working
