Assume they’ve ironed out all the problems they seemed to be having with the Exchange, as there’s singles popped up all over the place for tomorrow.

Tried that and was assured it'd be fixed by Wednesday. Nothing. Site login ows exchange, which appears to work BUT the transfer just leads to a list of fixtures that cannot be selected. Typical City.

The cynical me believes they'd rather us sell than pass to family or friends
 
Has anybody who sold the Leicester ticket back to the club received the money?

I received an e-mail beginning of the week confirming the refund but no money!

Last time the refunded me money was to an old bank account which they didnt know bounced back until a rang them

It usually takes up to a maximum 14 days to receive the funds.
Also, if you've updated your banking details in your online account, then the money will be sent there.
 
Anyone else suffering issues with these payments. I am now owed for the 3 games I have used the exchange for one or more tickets and when I rang the club I was told ‘your email is in an inbox but there’s about 1000 messages to go through.’ First of these games is from November!

But:
WSL is not 19 home games or 22! Big bloody timeframe.

I'm not complaining about the amount. The information is bobbins.

Fairly certain they didn't refund previous 2 attempts on this scheme last season too.
