That was how I got the job I guess. I did a years secondment at Lancaster University after insisting to one of my fellow teachers a couple of years earlier that computers would never catch on!! When I got my DASE in Educational Computing from Lancaster he sent me a certificate stating that I was no longer a Luddite!! (He was a lecturer at Cardiff Uni by then). :-)My computer studies teacher was the typing teacher doing it out of a book as no one had a clue then.
The scourge of bad service in what we are told is a services economy.I sent an email to supporter services on Friday, and got a reply a few hours later.
The reply was that they would add the points to my account " in the next few weeks".
When I then received a further email asking my opinion on the way they had handled my query, I replied that the service from them was a disgrace and completely unacceptable from a large organization like City.
stuffed a few for Champs league final.....lazy cunts. They said to me when we were knocked out of any cups they'd get added. My reply from City...
I hope you are well. Please note that the points are due to be added for the cup schemes at the end of the season.
Making it up as they goMy response to request yesterday -
‘Ticket points for the completion of our participation of the FA Cup will be added in the next couple of weeks. Sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.’
