That was how I got the job I guess. I did a years secondment at Lancaster University after insisting to one of my fellow teachers a couple of years earlier that computers would never catch on!! When I got my DASE in Educational Computing from Lancaster he sent me a certificate stating that I was no longer a Luddite!! (He was a lecturer at Cardiff Uni by then). :-)My computer studies teacher was the typing teacher doing it out of a book as no one had a clue then.
The Government then introduced Advisory Teachers in Educational Computing and I did that for the next 6 years.

The scourge of bad service in what we are told is a services economy.I sent an email to supporter services on Friday,and got a reply a few hours later.
The reply was that they would add the points to my account " in the next few weeks".
When I then received a further email asking my opinion on the way they had handled my query, I replied that the service from them was a disgrace and completely unacceptable from a large organization like City.
To add your points probably takes 1-2 minutes of activity.
But the virtual request will be allowed to sit in a queue for weeks before any action.
It's everywhere.
And then we get the staff shortages/ COVID/ blah blah blah excuses.
It's "the next few weeks" because they get away with it.
Hate to say it but perhaps a Ticketmaster service would be better.

stuffed a few for Champs league final.....lazy cunts. They said to me when we were knocked out of any cups they'd get added.My reply from City...

Just gonna say the same. Checked mine & I've not received any points for the LC or FA? Got my ST points when I renewed & and cup games but none for any of the 2 competitions we were knocked out of.Those FA cup points were 2020?

Yeah just double checked. Got my ST points on 2/8/21 & the only other points are the 8 home cup games.League cup came a week after we got knocked out for me....have you had a look around that date?

I've just renewed my season card for next year and had my 190 points added to my ticketing account.
But nothing yet added on for THIS SEASON'S FA Cup scheme.
