ticket news!

there seems to be a lot of fans who have been to every cup game but are not on the scheme.

surprised that the ground was third empty.

not sure it is fair but i hate it when i am at the cup games and there are lots of empty seats.

how the fuck can3 people with 3000 points apply onthe first day with their 3 mates who,ve got 6000 points because they "want to be together",why bother with points at all if they can leapfrog people with more points above them, fucking joke(and no its not sour grapes i@ve got 4000+ and should still be ok)

totally agree with this... it will be abused as well....
I would imagine the reason it cuts off at 3000 is because all those on 3000+ would be guaranteed a ticket anyway.

Out of 36000 ST holders there wont be 31500 who have more than 3000 points. I dont' think anybody below 3000 will be missing out because of it.

How do we know where the seats for each category are for sure? I'm presuming it's this

I think it is because the club know that everyone with 3000 points will be eligible for a ticket.
The club have done a great job here! Ensuring mates sit together, moms/ dads – sons /daughters all get to sit together without the hassle of going and changing your tickets once your mates or kids have hit their criteria.... will be better for the atmosphere too having group of mates sat together.

Exactly. It's pretty well thought out. All people will potentially miss out on is a wider choice of seat. Safe to say though that if you have 3,000 points and you want a ticket you will get one easily.

I think the club have done quite well with the arrangements, however as I have only a City Card this season due to becoming a student again.. I don't think I am going to have a cat in hells chance...so If anyone knows of any decent agencies etc ...Id be interested to know.. I'm going down with or without a ticket

What is your problem?

This initiative enables lots of families / groups of mates to be together on a big day out.

The club has worked out that it can guarantee that everyone with more than 3000 loyalty points will get a seat if they want one.

The decision means that some people with 3000+ loyalty points may be slightly restricted in their CHOICE of seat but not their ABILITY to get one.
