Ticket Office again!! (Arsenal) Joke

Anyone else had problems, we've been trying to get 6 tickets since Thursday kept getting told tomorrow tomorrow, eventually they took our card details and membership numbers and were told we would be called back, fuck all and now after calling them again we're told sold out!!! Shite customer service fucking shite!!!!!!!!!!
 
Just this minute rang up myself...gave my details yesterday.

The reason its now Sold out is because too many people have left the details with the club. I'll be fuming if i don't get a ticket for this.

Train and hotel booked etc.

There still waiting an email from Arsenal as to what allocation we will get.

Thats bad, i phoned up at 8am friday got told to call back at 9am when they expected the extra allocation to come through - i did and i got 4 tickets.

Can't see anyone else who left details getting anything to be honest, I never trust leaving details with the club and would have kept ringing the fuckers everyday!!! Nevermind been there the last 2 years. Going Fulham and hopefully West Ham!!!
 
So have we had the extra allocation then ?
I thought we were selling still the 1st allocation of 2000 ???
 
Same here , I called on Saturday to get 4 tickets ( waited until Saturday so my mates lad could use his card ) and they told me it had sold out about an hour before I got there ? They took all our details and my debit card number and said we were getting some more tickets and to ring back on Monday , rang back Monday to be told to ring back on Tuesday , rang them at 11 today to be told they had all gone and we are getting no more . Now I was told that they had all gone on Saturday morning but people on here posting that they couldn't get tickets Thursday/Friday ? So my question is does anyone at the ticket office know what is going on ?
