Ticket Office again!! (Arsenal) Joke

I'm also waiting for confirmation having left my details on Saturday at the ticket office. It was exactly the same last season.

Alright it's on TV, but at £33 i think it's pretty sure we'd sell out. Take the full allocation on day 1 and stop all this messing about that we have to go through.

Who am I kidding, this is City we're talking about!!
 
yes, 2000 was the initial allocation they took up, because it was london they weren't sure how it was gonna go, extra 1000 now so all those who want to go should get one

Ticket office dont seem to learn from there mistakes, same thing happened last year
 
cool down 2000 tickets and about 10000 want one! I probably have more points than most but didnt bother with that small allocation
 
i got told all 3000 have sold out by the person on the phone and we are not getting anymore because arsenal have let them down with extra tickets (there words not mine). Hope your right about getting extra tickets.

They may do this, but a lot of people we're told they would be called back, If someone says they will call you back then either way positive/negative news should be communicated!

Its poor form, I understand that demand is far higher than tickets available but ffs don't just take details to get rid of your customer!
