Just phoned for tickets now that my son has reached the points criteria and also want to get one for my U16 nephew who hasn't got enough points yet. Anyway joined a queue of 11 and after 10 minutes got to the front of it and was then switched to another queue where they don't tell you the position. Been in this queue for 15 minutes and still not got through. Is this normal?

only one ticket received today, when we purchased two! Supporter services have confirmed somebody else got my order. Just waiting to see if the other person returns our tickets otherwise they will be cancelled and we will have a re-issue.

I'm in block 132 L1 and my son age 15 on less points is in block 136 L1.
If anyone is in 132 and happy to swap we can meet inside the ground. He is row 18 so will be excellent view.
