I have no problem with the system at all; it ensures the people with the points attend. They need to put more staff on though.
This isn't true as I no a group of 4 who went to madrid 2 had enough points 2 didn't . They rang up and explained and said if all 4 couldn't get on they would have to cancel . Thomas Cook let all four travel !If the reports I've heard are true Ric, & I've no cause to doubt the people who told me, that is what happened. They were however told they couldn't book on the flight if they hadn't got the requisite points though. But at least they wouldn't have stood around. Not sure if that happened in Glasgow though.
BingoPeople should not be standing for half an hour to two hours in a queue when they could be sightseeing or in a pub having a laugh with mates. This should not be happening at all.
Leicester did the same ticket collection procedure in Brugge . Now there were only 1400 tickets but apparently it all ran smoothly. Though the fans still felt pissed off they had to go through the process.People should not be standing for half an hour to two hours in a queue when they could be sightseeing or in a pub having a laugh with mates.
