Can ticket transfer be done from an over 65 ticket to an adult ticket and if so do you have to pay the price difference?

I want to transfer my ticket to my brother.
He has got himself a supporter number,I have added him to my friends and family.
How does he download a card that he can then add to his Google Pay?

Mate can’t go daughter wants it she has a supporter no so that’s all fine
The option in his acc when you click transfer the box (yellow one) stays faded out

Get both tickets transfered onto your number./ wallet. At the turnstile scan one ticket and send your daughter through. Flick to the second ticket and scan yourself in
